Super Spinach Dip

This delicious dip is a great addition to any party spread.

What you'll need:

• About ⅓ cup Cocina Fresca Medium (Serrano) Refrigerated Salsa
• 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cut into cubes
• ¼ cup chopped green onions
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 medium tomato chopped
• 4 crisply cooked bacon sliced, crumbled
• ½ cup (about 2 ounces) shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese

How to make it:

1. Combine spinach, cream cheese, Cocina Fresca Medium (Serrano) Refrigerated Salsa, green onions, and cumin in saucepan.

2. Cook over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot.

3. Stir in tomato and bacon, heat thoroughly.

4. Transfer mixture to a shallow serving dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or crusty bread.
