Super Simple Salsa Roll-Ups
These quick-fix salsa roll-ups will be a hit with your kids in their lunch box or as an after-school snack.
Add extra protein by including some diced grilled chicken into the mixture.
What you'll need:
- 2 cups Cocina Fresca Mild (Jalapeño) Refrigerated Salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese - softened to room temperature
- About 4 Flour Tortillas
How to make it:
In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese and let soften to room temperate for easier mixing.
Add the Cocina Fresca Mild (Jalapeño) Refrigerated Salsa to the cream cheese and stir well; the mixture should be a nice pink color when fully mixed.
Spread about ½ cup of the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
Roll up the filled tortillas and refrigerate covered for at least one hour.
After the rolls have chilled cut into pieces (large pieces for lunch or smaller pieces for an after school snack).
