Guacamole Fresca

Like trying it for the first time all over again, freshen up any Guacamole with your favorite Cocina Fresca Refrigerated Salsa. Your Guac will thank you.

How to make it:

  1. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit and skins. Scoop meat into medium bowl.

  2. Mash very well.

  3. Take a handful of cilantro leaves and remove from stem, chop finely.

  4. Mix in chopped cilantro and Cocina Fresca Medium (Serrano) Refrigerated Salsa a few spoonfuls at a time into the mashed avocado. Keep adding Cocina Fresca Refrigerated Salsa until just right.

  5. Halve the limes and squeeze the juice of one into the salsa. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Garnish with unchopped cilantro and leftover lime wedges.

  7. Tease guests with “secret recipe.”
