What you'll need:
- About 1 full container of Cocina Fresca Mild Salsa
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cans Navy or Northern beans
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ cup water
How to make it:
- In oil, cook chicken, cumin, onion and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add Cocina Fresca Salsa, water and beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.
